Lee Latchford EvansLee Latchford Evans is today best known for his role in the 90’s pop phenomenon “STEPS”. With over 25 million records sold worldwide and numerous awards won including a prestigious Brit award. In their five years, Lee travelled the world with the band several times hitting the top of the single and album charts in the UK, Japan, Australia, South East Asia, continental Europe and achieving significant success in the USA, where the band toured extensively with Britney Spears. STEPS split at the very end of 2001, and despite relentless calls for a reunion, Lee began working on his re-emergence as a solo artist working in TV, Movies & Theatre.

Lee has maintained a presence in the spotlight, being involved with television appearances including Channel 4’s ‘The Games’, Sky televisions ‘Fear Factor, Famous & Frightened, ‘The Match’, ITV’s “Ant & Dec” and winning Bravo & CH5's competitive SAS style show ‘Commando VIP’, amongst a number of other Presenting appearances and offers from other TV programmes. Lee is also establishing himself as an actor and has starred on London's West End stage playing Teen Angel in the musical Grease, Performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2009 in new Musical ‘WolfBoy’,

Lee also starred in the British comedy feature film Cash and Curry and featured in the Modern Life action thriller Ten Dead Men which reached the No1 spot in the online dvd chart in the USA.

Lee was always sporty as a child, played most sports but his love was Martial Arts and football. He was captain of his youth football teams and even scouted by then First league club Wimbledon FC. Lee has kept his childhood love of sport and fitness and has found the time to qualify as a personal trainer, now studies Kickboxing and has set up his own online health and fitness business. Lee is in business with some of the top sports and publishing companies in the country and is about to launch a special new brand of fitness products. Training Schedule Lee keeps himself in top shape by training 6 days a week and having one rest day.

"I like to vary my days and mix up my training with a combination of Cardio, weights, core strength, Spin classes, kickboxing and circuit style with occasional running. This helps stop me mentally becoming bored and my body from reaching Plateau"

Monday - Core Ball class 1hr, followed by Chest, Triceps and Ab's workout. 1 1/2hrs. Tuesday - Back & Biceps workout. 1 1/2hr.
Wednesday - 1 1/2 hr Kickboxing session.
Thursday - 1hr Cardio session, followed by 15min abdominal workout.
Friday
- Legs and shoulders. 90mins
Saturday - Rest / circuit workout.
Sunday - Rest / kickboxing.

I always stretch all muscles used after a workout and I make sure I am warm and loosened up prior to my workouts.

Physicool Bandages

Lee ran the Virgin London Marathon in 2010.  He used Physicool bandages religiously to get through the weeks of hard training leading up to it and completed the marathon in an amazing time!
