Your legs do a lot of work. They carry you around all day, helping you walk, run, jump, and lift and stabilise weight (whether it’s a barbell in the gym or a load of laundry fresh out of the washing machine). But we only pay attention to them when they suffer an injury.

The majority of leg pain is a result of wear and tear on the joints in the leg, and overuse injuries that damage the tendons, ligaments, and muscles in the legs. It’s possible to treat most leg pain at home with a combination of rest, cryotherapy, and compression. Our cooling bandages allow you to get 360 degree compression and cooling around the site of your injury, rapidly reducing inflammation and reducing pain.

If you have severe leg pain and cannot put weight on the leg or move it then seek medical advice immediately.
