Cooling Mist

Hot flushes are one of the most common symptoms of the menopause, and they can be both uncomfortable and embarrassing. Our cooling mist is designed to quickly reduce the redness and heat of a hot flush by using natural alcohols to evaporate heat away. The mist also contains aloe vera to hydrate and cool your skin.

Deborah Bruce, Consultant Gynaecologist at London Bridge Hospital and the Council of the British Menopause Society had the following to say about our cooling mist:

“The product to cure hot flushes is a cooling mist, which contains alcohol that evaporates as soon as it comes into contact with the skin, drawing the heat out immediately. Aloe vera within the product also helps to alleviate any redness often associated with hot flushes occurring in menopausal women.
